A Customized Approach To Skin Aging

We all age differently – our skin ages based on our lifestyle, genetics, environmental factors and ethnicity. As a result when it comes to correcting and delaying signs of aging each of our patients requires a customized, tailor-made approach reflective of their skin goals, comfort with aesthetic procedures and flexibility with possible downtime. At Kline Dermatology, we research, test and clinically validate the efficacy of a broad range of available procedures on the market to curate the most innovative technologies with the most compelling results to meet the needs of our patients.

For Brighter, More Even Skin

BBL Phototherapy is a non-ablative broadband light laser that uses intense pulsed light technology to break up pigmentation and vascular clusters. This treatment is the gold standard in IPL technology, bringing up even small spots from the deeper layers to the skin’s surface which are then naturally exfoliated off. In addition to reducing discolorations for a brighter, more even appearance, BBL stimulates new collagen production to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Because of this comprehensive action, a 10-year clinical study showed that subjects who regularly received BBL treatments looked 7 years than their actual age. For optimal results, we recommend a series of 3 treatments every 4-6 weeks.

For Smoother, More Refined Skin

PRP Microneedling harnesses the body’s own reparative ability to regenerate younger skin cells. This two-step treatment begins with microneedling the skin’s surface to foster controlled corrective injury that supports the production of collagen and remodeling of the skin. Microneedling also creates temporary channels that allow us to deliver potent, rejuvenating topicals deeper into the skin. PRP or platelet-rich plasma therapy isolates a concentrated amount of the body’s own platelets, cells that are well known to release numerous growth factors that respond to tissue injury and initiate and promote the conditions for renewal. By applying the body’s own master cells for renewal during the microneedling treatment, this procedure resurfaces younger, healthier cells to restore skin’s natural smoothness and luminosity.  For optimal results, we recommend a series of 3 treatments every 4 weeks.

For Firmer Skin

Fractional laser resurfacing creates microscopic wounds that promote healing and resurfacing of younger skin. This non-ablative treatment with minimal downtime corrects all signs of aging including pigmentation, wrinkles and particularly the loss of volume and laxity. This treatment induces the skin to form new tissue made up of collagen and elastin that strengthen the foundational network of the skin. As a result, skin is re-densified and tightened. We customize your treatment to meet your lifestyle needs and can do a series of less intense treatments that build on each other to provide the complete rejuvenation of one ablative resurfacing treatment without the downtime.
